House Rules
Quiet time after 10pm. While the following is common sense, it is important: If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it or bring it to my attention. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. Maintenance if needed: If the apartment requires maintenance, owner is allowed on property, 24 hour notice will be provided, but is not required. Guest Access
Driveway will fit two cars back to back. If you need more space, parking is allowed on the street. Overnight street parking - let me know ahead of time, and I can get you a temporary parking sticker.
