Quiet time after 10pm. While the following is common sense, it is important: If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it or bring it to my attention. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. Maintenance if needed: If the apartment requires maintenance, owner is allowed on property, 24 hour notice will be provided, but is not required. Access to the apartment is thru a private entrance located by the driveway. Please note, the circular staircase (30 stairs) access to your apartment is fully carpeted, so no worries about fear of heights. This apartment is not recommended for elderly folks due to the amount of stairs. I can grant you access thru the main house when you arrive and depart, to minimize the ups/downs - if you have extra luggage.
