I was really appreciative that Karen allowed dogs it was very helpful. Place as described in a beautiful area of Rhode Island. Walkable to pretty much everything. Beautiful city and sparking clean place and very responsive host. Thank you!

We loved our stay at The Ship of Dreams! The uniqueness of the accommodations were amazing and fun; we especially loved the spiral staircase and rooftop deck!! The house was clean and anything you needed or wanted was readily available. The hostess, Karen, was easy to reach and communicated well with us when we had questions. The location was perfect in that you can park at the house and there was plenty to do just walking around the area. We enjoyed walking to the ocean and along the bike path, and eating at the local restaurants and cafes.

Ship of Dreams was very unique and comfortable. Karen was a great host and very accommodating. You can walk to many restaurants and bars. Beautiful paved bike trail takes you into Providence.

The house was quintessential New England. It was located within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. The house was clean and cozy. My only complaint was if you’re sleeping in the front of the house, you hear people talking and doors opening and closing all during the night, so pack a sound machine or ear plugs. Karen was exceptional about getting back to any text we sent. The backyard was adorable too! We enjoyed the fireplace too!! My family were there for a wedding; and it was easy to get Uber drivers. Thank you Karen for sharing your sweet home!

We had a wonderful stay at Karen’s home in Bristol. The house was very charming, clean, and in a great location for our family. We enjoyed walking to the parks, harbor and bike trail, and found great coffee shops, places for lunch and did some shopping. I highly recommend Karen’s home for a stay in Bristol.

A wonderful time in a beautiful town filled with historical homes, perfect for de-stressing after a divorce and a move. Many amenities nearby, including restaurants within walking distance, parks within walking distance, we had our two dogs and were able to take them out daily in town and at parks, felt very safe, leaving my 87 year-old mother for a few hours in the living room with the TV and her coffee while my adult son and I went out with the dogs.

Karen’s place is a must stay for your trip to Bristol! We enjoyed the very unique space and lovely backyard. Our dog enjoyed hanging in the backyard on her tether. The place is spacious and has everything you need for a stay long or short. 10 out of 10!

Lovely, clean stay that was walkable to parks, restaurants, small beach, and running/biking trail. Short drives to much more. We really appreciated Karen's responsiveness and communication, specifically advance notice about a local bridge closure (and reopening) that even Google maps didn't have quite right.

Lovely home in an amazing location. A half a block to the water for gorgeous sunsets or having your coffee with a view. Very comfortable and clean home, tastefully decorated. Walkable to many restaurants, pubs, ice cream shops, coffee and bagels. Would definitely stay again!

This house was an ideal spot for a girls getaway. The perfect New England beach house! The house was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. It is near both the waterfront and some great restaurants. Next time we come back, we’ll rent some bikes to enjoy the fabulous nearby bike path. Can’t wait to visit again soon!
